In ‘Voyage’, Lenie presents her interpretation of intrinsic power of the socially active, multi-faceted contemporary woman in a 16 piece prêt-à-porter collection covering five very feminine personality types, Dramatic, Romantic, Classic, Gamine and Natural, all wrapped up in raw, primary colours ranging from off-whites to contrasting deep black via siren red and completed by soothing midnight blue.

With elements and influence through Picasso’s oeuvres, from majestic statues, thought provoking sculpture, elegance of calla lily, asymmetrical geometry and raw primary colours, she presents a fusion of wearable fragment-art inspired fashion that brings together contrasting clean lines and abstract silhouettes with the ingenious design asymmetrical geometry and structural manipulation of the varied fabrics mapped along feminine body curves to be worn either ensemble or individually in their own right.
