What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that stores information on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website.
Cookies help websites recognise your device and remember information about your visit — for example, your preferred language, login details, or shopping-cart contents.
Cookies used by Lenie Boya Ltd may be issued directly by us or by selected third-party partners that support the functionality and analytics of our website.
What Cookies Do We Use?
Cookies used on our website fall into the following categories:
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function correctly — for example, allowing you to log in, add items to your shopping bag, and check out securely.
They do not collect personal data and cannot be disabled through our systems.
2. Analytical or Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most often and how users navigate the site.
This information allows us to improve performance and enhance your shopping experience.
You can still use the website if you deactivate these cookies.
3. Preference Cookies
Preference cookies enable the website to remember your settings and preferences (such as location or language) to make future visits smoother.
You can disable these cookies, but doing so may affect some website features.
4. Advertising (Targeting) Cookies
These cookies are used to deliver advertisements and promotions that are more relevant to your interests.
They also help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
We only use advertising cookies with your explicit consent.
Refusing them will not impact your ability to use the website, but the advertising you see may be less relevant to you.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages, such as analytics providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms.
These third parties have their own privacy and cookies policies, and we recommend reviewing them for further information on how they use your data.
Your Consent
When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner allowing you to:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject non-essential cookies
- Manage your preferences
By continuing to use the website after choosing your preferences, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business practices.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
Please review this page regularly to stay informed about how we use cookies.
