Please note that special order items, such as made-to-measure and couture garments, are non-returnable due to their personalised nature. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

- All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
- Please obtain proof of postage and tracking information when sending your return, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
- Return postage and delivery postage for any replacement goods are at the buyer’s expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
- Returns outside the 14-day period may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged, please email us as soon as possible (and no later than 14 days from receipt) at lenie@lenieboya.com We will arrange an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
