Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Lenie Boya purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below. Please note that special order items, such as made-to-measure and couture garments, are non-returnable due to their personalised nature. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, please note the following:
All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, seals, and labels intact.
Please obtain proof of postage and tracking information when sending your return, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Return postage and delivery postage for any replacement goods are at the buyer’s expense, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
Returns outside the 14-day period may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged, please email us as soon as possible (and no later than 14 days from receipt) at lenie@lenieboya.com
We will arrange an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
How to Return Your Purchases

Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and we aim to issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
